Product return - withdrawal: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (L. 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days days from the date of receipt. Product returns are accepted only and as long as the product is in its original condition. In any case, the costs return are borne by the customer.

In the event of a product return, your money will be refunded within 10 days after receiving the product from our company, as long as the product is unused and comes with retail receipt.
In this case, the amount of money related to its value is returned to you of merchandise and not potential shipping, cash on delivery or bank charges.

Product change: Any changes that may occur, have transportation with customer charge, and shipping cost is charged upon reshipment of the product by the cash on delivery method.

Non-receipt of product: In case you did not receive your parcel for for any reason and it returns to us and you wish to resend it, cash on delivery will no longer be available. In order to send the parcel you must paid in advance with one of the available payment methods.

In case you have discounted your order and you did not receive your package for any reason, if you wish to send it again you will be charged with the corresponding transport costs.
