Product information

Each of our products is handmade and subject to strict quality controls. Possible small imperfections that depend on the original condition of the leather and the handmade production, are not a defect but an added value.

The colors of the displayed products may have a slight deviation due to the selected display settings on your device and also due to the fact that when dyeing the raw material with vegetable dyes and without chemicals, there may be slight color deviations due to the tanning of the hides.

Types of leather and fur

Mouton The word mouton in French means sheep. This name was given to the skins that look like nappa or beaver on the outside and have fur from the same skin on the inside. You will also see them as sheepskin (English) as shearling or Tuscan.

Mouton is genuine sheepskin with 100% wool of natural origin that provides great protection in harsh weather conditions (cold, wind, humidity) while keeping your body warm.

Nappa Nappa leather is the result of a specific treatment on various leathers such as calf, lamb and sheep. The nappa treatment makes the leather slightly shiny and largely waterproof.

What makes it stand out from other leathers is that it does not stain easily and does not retain water and dirt

Musk: Musk leather comes from the skins of animals raised for food (lamb, sheep or calf). This particular leather is thin and extremely soft with great durability and a naturally refined look and texture.

Rex: Rex fur is a byproduct of meat production and comes from rabbit farms. This particular rex breed has a rich coat with a key characteristic of its velvety feel.

Mink: The mink or mink is a carnivorous mammal of the Mustelidae family. It is bred exclusively for its rich fur which has a glossy appearance and soft texture. Because of its high quality, it has rightly been identified with luxury.

Fox: It belongs to the carnivorous mammals of the genus Alopex and is bred exclusively for its fur. Main characteristics of this fur are its rich coat, soft and silky texture.

Product care

Leather and fur products are a natural material that, despite being processed, continue to mature over the years. For this reason it is important to emphasize their special care.

Follow the maintenance tips below for our products to keep them looking like new for many years.

  1. If the fur or leather gets wet, do not dry it with a hair dryer or other heating devices. They should dry naturally in a shady place and at room temperature.
  2. If they get dusty or dirty, brush them with a soft brush or dry sponge.
  3. To clean the nappa, use a slightly damp cloth.
  4. To clean the musk use a stiff brush or a dry sponge.
  5. Storing in a cool and shady place will help preserve them.

In any case of stubborn stains we would recommend that you contact a dry cleaner with knowledge in the cleaning and care of natural fur and leather.
